The training really didn't teach me things I had not already known. It did have value in that it was a reminder to be vigilant and not assume IT can stop al threats.
It covered the important areas of Cyber Security and reminded of the pitfalls that users can easily fall into.

I have only couple related topics I haven't found in the course, but may be good to add:1. You mention that hovering over link in an email will reveal the target URL - true for web-based email clients, but it may also be good to mention how it works in standalone email clients or mobile apps.2. Mentioning password managers and their security would be good as I think lot of people use them as it is just not possible to remember all strong passwords (especially when you are dealing with randomly generated strong passwords).
