The trainer spoke clearly and professionally and I think that having someone speaking makes it more interesting than just reading it through. Also it's easy to flick through the pages and access the test and the test certificate 😊

While the content of the course should be common sense, the fact that a majority of issues are caused by human error, there is obviously a need. It's never a bad thing to reiterate the need to be aware.

Easy to follow and was able to follow all the guidance
Fraud can occur where a senior person within an organisation is impersonated on the phone. This usually also has a follow-up e-mail that may look suspect but the person on the phone says is OK. Once trust is established by the fraudster all kinds of things can go wrong. Many companies stress that senior managers are unlikely to call you to do something unusual and that it's OK to check with another manager before complying - that won't get you into trouble.
