Covered a lot of the things employees should think about, but the subject area is far too wide to cover adequately in this time. Dedicated sessions on different aspects - e.g. physical security, authentication - are needed. I can't imagine anyone changing the way they work and act as a result of taking this course, or see that it will help organisations become any more resilient.I found the presentation irritating: the video and sound weren't completely synchronised, and it was annoying having to click on side links for "extra" material, including additional videos. When an additional video was closed, the original video started playing again from the beginning.

As above. Information was clearly explained and therefore easy to understand. Jargon wasn't used and each section was short and concise resulting in the information being easy to digest and retain.
