The move to delivering course content in fragmented video clips, with no option to skip these and instead allow for the transcripts to be read only is hugely regrettable and misguided. When completing these iHasco courses for the second, third, or fourth time, the emphatic delivery of the actors is soon changing from causing slight irritation to evoking a feeling of being patronized. For employees who have been attending courses on fire safety, DSE equipment use, manual handling, etc. on an annual basis for years, a refresher option should be offered that allows one to skip the tedium of watching the videos and be directed to a specific refresher test once the transcripts have been read. These refresher tests could/should be lengthened and include more pertinent questions, especially surrounding new regulation or advice. This would save a lot of time and frustration whilst still ensuring that all employees are up to date and well trained.

Having little previous knowledge of Cyber Security this training gave clear, informative information and was easy to understand. The explanation and examples where straightforward giving sound guidance of what to look for and what to do where there potentially is a breach of security.
Well explained throughout, easy to understand across all age groups
A very well presented and informative course. Some on line courses are quite boring but actually this one kept my attention very well probably because of the fact that it was mainly delivered by a person on video rather than just a powerpoint. The presenter was excellent. He spoke very clearly, very well and was engaging. Thank you
