The presenter's voice was easy to listen too - he didn't sound like he was preaching or as if he was bored. He was just factual. This is quite generic - I hope larger or more established companies would have automated processes to minimise if not remove many of these risks, but a good general reminder that people can apply at home as well. The additional info was good and it was good that the sections were short and that you could pause at any time.
easy to understand
the pace could be quicker by merging some slides/videos. I wanted to read the course content and then complete the test but you cannot access the next bit until the video has finished = most frustrating
