I actually quite like these courses. Whilst most of the training is not on the most exciting topics in the world, they don't take long, they don't mess about, and it's very clearly presented where you are in the process.
Flexible to be able to drop in and out as time and work commitments allow. Good presentation covering all relevant aspects. Questions were easy to understand.

This got me thinking on cyber security and changing/updating my passwords
I already knew most of the information, but it is good to be reminded as one can often get a bit sloppy over time. Now I feel I will be more meticulous about cyber security in the future.
Could do with a little more scenarios
This is the second time I have done this course. I would prefer if, when renewing your certificate, it was no longer obligatory to watch all the slides. Surely if you can still accurately answer the test questions you don't need to review the whole course? I would be better for those renewing to take the test first, get directed to any content relevant to any incorrect answers and then correct their answers accordingly rather than sitting through the whole thing again
Great course. Graphics were engaging and were spent a lot of time on.
