Important information shown in an easy to understand manner
The presentation was clear and straightforward to follow. However when completing on a touchpad device it is possible to accidentally choose the wrong answer with a misplaced finger and there is no way to recall the answer. It may be a good idea to add an ‘are you sure’ option before finalising the response, making it possible to correct an accidental error before the question is marked. I have done this twice now, once each on two different courses.
A concise walk through of the risks and precautions to ensure cyber security.
Tour guides do not have use of company computers. So the info may be useful for home users, only. As an ex IT professional of over 25 years (with customers I cannot name) the course introduced nothing new (so 4 stars). As it is a compulsory course, I will claim the time as time worked, though.

A clear and logical session, giving great advice appropriate hints for the work professional.To be honest, my heart sunk when I saw the format, but this was far superior to the online training I have used elsewhere.
