It was easy to use, easy to follow and easy to pass the test. I found a lot of the information helpful - especially the bit on passwords.
It was good
It was a good course, well structured and seemed to cover all the essentials. My only issue was that it froze at question 24 and when i went back one slide, i was able to continue but then it lost my responses for the whole of the middle section so I had to complete that again (which took 20mins) before it would let me take the test at the end. I wish there was a better way to save your progress and not lose it. Thanks.

The training does a good job covering the basics of cybersecurity. However for an organisation as Chatham House I would recommend some updates. We have had instances of really sophisticated emails from actual email addresses trying to trap people into revealing information. This level of sophistication is not covered at all in the training and it would be wise to emphasize this.
Well delivered with good, practical advice.
