Effective short videos provide interesting information in byte size, making it easy to follow and remember. Use of imagery and language easy to understand. Very impressed.
Really good to know some of the key things mentioned regarding cyber security. Important to know what to be aware of, do's and don'ts, and how to know if particular emails are malicious or not.
The training teaches about cyber security in that it highlights how security breaches can occur, how to prevent them; how to be safe on the internet and how to keep sensitive information secure by using different strong passwords.

Lots of the info I already knew but still good to be reminded of the importance of vigilance! Scary to be shown just how easy it is for hackers, definitely make you think - from both a professional and personal perspective - about how to better protect yourself/your business.
