The content within the videos is good, but it is outdated compared to other Security Education, Awareness & Training providers. Things like password guidance have been updated by the NCSC to include things like '3 random words' (which was referenced in phrases) and also replacing key letters with simple substitutions... which is what we're looking to move away from (i.e., to passwordless). Watching videos is not as interactive as getting viewers to 'do' things (i.e., identify risks, use their initiative), so having some interactive software elements would be more successful in embedding the messaging that is looking to be applied. Look at the KnowBe4 or Webroot platforms for some examples of where this is relatively effective.

Really easy to use and navigate I completed this on the go with my work tablet which was really user friendly as I could complete at my own pace. Very informative and not a long drawn out course.
