The series of short videos helped with retaining the information
Focused on businesses but good practice for personal use as well. One thing that would be helpful - hovering over a link to see its real destination is fine on a PC, but many of us now use phones or tablets to access information. Please could you give some information and advice on how to avoid clicking on faked urls on touchscreen devices.
