Very clear explanations, instructions and advice were given about this important topic, without ever becoming too technical.
I have completed twelve iHasco courses over the past two years and I think this has been the best. It really made me think. It was also quite scary (I am confident that was not the intention) - because it is so easy to be tricked and the consequences severe - but being 'scared' is a good thing as it focuses the mind and what you take from this course.
