need to go somewhere quite to listern to couse to many abstaction when your seveing public and staff
informative, as a relic from the past I would like to see monthly tutorials on all computer software use and advice, users are still in control of their own mobile devices and, downloading apps, software etc.

unlike some courses this had a good amount of information with out being condescending. It was engaging for the most part and not to long.
It was useful training which included some quizzes, videos and after the test.
