A Good Clear and Concise Course

A relaxed approach to an important subject and although I have to complete the Government Version every year as being on the RAF Reserve it does no harm to refresh.

Mind numbingly basic

Nothing that is not common sense has been taught. Companies rather than spoonfeeding us with such basic knowledge should encourage logical thinking and development of wisdom.

I found the additional content useful

The additional content, to keep the course updated was really useful and easy to understand but does make the course take that much longer, if you read every item. As it is important to know and understand the implications of these items, I think the estimated time to complete the course should be increased to reflect the reality of doing the training properly.

Very concise and helpful

The course was very helpful and easy to progress through. Breaking down the different sections made digesting and understanding more manageable.

Very well presented and clear.

I knew most of the information that was contained. But not all of it. It was particularly useful to have some of the issues framed in broader statistics. i.e. that e-mails account for x% of successful malware attacks. Or y% of attacks come through unauthorized physical attacks to computer systems. Its obviously a preliminary course that establishes or confirms basic knowledge. And should ideally be followed by further more in depth courses e.g. about the nature of the threats and how they work (if this could in practice further enhance cyber security). My sense was that the fire safety course went into the details a lot more than this one (but this may just reflect different starting points in terms of knowledge on my part!).Best WishesCreon
