Very useful and positive. Clear and easy to learn
Understandable easy to use
It reinforced the need to be vigilant when working via email. I am sure I am not the only person who, when under time pressure, can take less care than they should. I will endeavor to take greater care, before opening emails and double check before clicking on any attachments.
