Engaging and interesting

Good course which was clear, structured and engaging. I liked how it was split into different sections and how you could clearly see how long each section was. The questions were good too as a way of checking understanding. Thank you!

Screen reader access awareness

Discourse, as with your others, adheres very well too access needs such as the ability of blind people such as myself to interact with them using a screen reader. However, on this course, there was a slide in which the screen shows a familiar phrase from which you needed to pick a character from each of the words: Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. The password characters were not described, for example: & with used rather than the letter a

As good as it can be....

Inherent difficulty in engaging staff with very varying levels of knowledge. I have some knowledge of this topic but the course is a useful reminder with various media deployed to engage and interact with users. An absolute must for those less familiar with Cyber Security with benefits for work and home life.
