The content for the course is good, however the quiz seemed quite lazy since the answers were quite straight forward. Navigation between slides is terrible because once you go to a previous slide (maybe to listen to a single point or read some additional point), the Next button is disabled and prevents you from moving ahead although you may have already listened to the entire slide. This means if you have gone back 2/3 slides, you have to listen to all those slides all over again even though you have already done that once. Same with the play option, you cannot drag it to the end of the video to enable the Next button. I prefer reading the transcript rather than watching the video because that is way faster for me. But even if I finish reading, I cannot manipulate the play option to enable the Next button and move on to the next slide. This is seriously a waste of time since the video doesn't have an option to increase the speed of playing the video.

Reasonably good but may appear boring for a lot of staff. I got an answer wrong - possibly because of how the question was worded or possibly because I didn't read it correctly and I also got one answer wrong because of an accidental mouse click. I attempted to do the training whilst not fully focussed (on purpose) to see if I still came out with a pass. I think that an evaluation of understanding and reactions before the course would give a better indication of learning and hopefully an improved score and understanding as a result.
