Informative but too many segments, you get bored having very quickly
transcript could be given as a pdf
Didn't think it would be of much use to me as I volunteer and don't use computers at all within my role. However, I did find it very interesting, easy to understand and actually learned some useful tips, especially regarding passwords.
as it goes with these training sessions, this one was OK
