The presenter is key. Clear concise and good body language ensures the participant keeps focus on the information being provided and stores the important detail. The Cyber security awareness training covered all aspects and summarised in a timeframe that is acceptable to anyone.
Explained simply so easy to understand and take in
Discovered a cyber security attack in previous role -so this was a useful refresher. Luckily action taken swiftly to resolve but time taken to restore data was main effect. Learnt to take care re double extension format on files which not been advised of before.
User friendly
I am a retired Cyber professional: this material was more up to date than me, was very relevant, and was technically sound and was very accessible. It has my support and encouragement as a Governor.

Good course to make you aware just how easy it is for cyber criminals to cripple your business no matter the size of the company
This is a very informative course for use on computers. the computer 'jargon' made a lot more sense after taking this course and made me realize how important detail is.
