This course was full of practical advice and was up-to-date. It was broken into manageable chunks and it was useful to be able to do one part and come back to it later when less busy.
I find I take in information better by reading. I was able to read the transcripts of each slide, but it was frustrating to have to wait for every slide to finish. The slides were much slower than my reading speed.

I'm a technophobe, and wasn't looking forward to doing this course, however I found it informative. It did take some time and had to have cover to complete it without interruptions.

I found the course concise yet detailed, with repetition of key facts and concepts to improve memory retention of the material. Plain language, easy to remember, with graphics that helped clarify and reinforce the spoken material.
