Course is twice as long as necessary, tests the viewer on pointless questions and the some of the information contained within it is incorrect. The presenter on a harsh white background makes viewing visually painful.

Not being very techno savvy it is good to have everything explained in an easy to understand format. It is a minefield! I only opened one of those phishing emails recently and my son immediately told me off!! Thank you for the information.
I have completed the Cyber Security training but no-one has said what happens to the Certificate. Do we send it to someone, or is it automatically picked up by Admin? It might be a good idea to explain the end process to the Staff so we all know. Thank you.
