Overall good training, but, I feel it needs to actively engage the trainees mind more by involving them in the training e.g more interactive sections so the individual can be an active participant not an impassive listener.
It was good to have a refresher.
What could potentially be a tedious subject was delivered in an interesting way and the man presenting the information was easy and clear to listen to.
