I enjoyed the course as it reminded me of things I had previously taken for granted, like leaving passwords lying around for anyone to view and possibly use in a negatively manner

Personally, I thought it was hard to remember the terminology at the end.

Concise, informative course

The test is over-simplified to the point of being inaccurate and in some cases plain wrong. For example, your answer to the question "True or false: Using multi-factor authentication is now standard practice for protecting all of your online accounts" is not correct. It may be true to say it's best practice, or it may be that it should be standard practice. But it is not currently standard practice. All of my online accounts are not protected by multi-factor authentication, and indeed many companies with whom I have online accounts still do not even offer multi-factor authentication.

Well presented in good bite size sections, easy to follow, informative and explains some of the terminology surrounding cyber security. I enjoyed the course.

The training provided useful information and guidance. It was also a suitable length.

I found this course rather interesting. Although most of the content was a general refresher of things that you would already be aware of as an IT user I did gain a deeper appreciation of why extensive online security measures are continuously enhanced for protection purposes. There was also subject matter that i learnt about for the first time. I found the tutor in the videos engaging and informative.
