I think the actual content is really good, but I can read the transcript much quicker than it takes the video to complete. 39 minutes of video can be 'read' in about 10 mins by going through the transcript, saving time and money... please make it so you can read the content instead of being forced to watch the video.
Hopefully will help to minimise breaches.
