I found this course useful as it provides information of stuff I would never have thought about like proper lighting and posture.

This training was professional and accurate but could've been over a lot quicker if the presenter hadn't felt the need to extol the virtues of mobile phones and the internet in detail, and had spoken a bit quicker.
The Cyber Security Awareness Training Course was precise and to the point. It details out the facts to look out for and although alot of it is common sense , it's good to know what practices are out there, for the workplace and your own personal protection.
