The course covered a plethora of different areas of cyber security. The only concern that I had were a couple gotcha questions in the quizzes and one that was not wonderfully phrased as one of the test items: if you want to remember all your passwords, you should... the answer you were searching for was, use a password manager as that was discussed; however, this would not support me in 'remembering' anything: it would encourage me to forget them because the manager would remember them. A better question might be, 'If you want to securely store all your passwords, you should... As it happens, writing something down is a strategy used to enhance or support memory.
This was an excellent summary of the key cyber-security threats and prevention practices. The presenter and the presentation were engaging and informative, and the content memorable. A really thoughtful and well produced training video.
Past & Present Employees"They must return any online accounts"You can't return an online account. Its online.
The virtual trainer had very clear diction, good eye contact and nothing distracting about his appearance.
The level of information provided was appropriate and the individual sections where well constructed. Delivery by an engaging and pleasant person also made it easier to watch and and listen for an extended period of time. The questions at the end were very straightforward and tested a basic level of understanding rather than more tricky 'what if' scenarios which I have encountered in other similar cyber security training modules.
the whole video was internet safety do's and dont's

I thought I knew most things, but this course opened my eyes to other things that need consideration.
The course ensures we are all aware of the threat to cyber security and the need to be vigilant, it highlights the different ways we could all fall prey to cyber criminals and the different ways they are out to get information from individuals and companies.
Course is good for basic awareness which is where I am sure it is aimed. It does appear a bit long. Could there not be shorter version for those who are more aware of the issues.
