Quite a few mistakes from your part

I have proper security training and professional experience. You need to review your course. While I understand this is aimed at non-technical users and there is quite a lot of valuable information here for that type of person, there are also a few mistakes and a few ambiguous questions, like asking what is considered a social engineering attack, having two options as "receiving a fraudulent phone call" and "receiving a phishing SMS" - both are absolutely correct but you only consider the phishing SMS correct. This is wrong and teaches people the wrong concepts. In fact, and this is another one of my criticisms of the course, you test people for many concepts that are absolutely useless. Please have someone with proper security knowledge review this course so you can improve it.

What would be useful is a link to RBWM IT support, who's who and what is a Support Call and what is a Work Request, and where to get help if you are unsure of how a package works or hints and tips on how to get the best out of a package/App.
