I found it a clear course to follow with many subjects, which people could find quite technical that was easily explained in a non technical way.Only one area of criticism regarding replying to emails.I quote "It’s important to never click ‘reply to all’ if you don’t know who all the recipients are, and to always check the email addresses in the carbon copy and blind carbon copy fields, too. "It isn't possible to check Blind Carbon Copy for email addresses as that is the nature of BCC. Only the original senders would be able to view BCC contents.
