A useful refresher. Good use of graphics in what is a very dry subject.Perhaps instead of seeing the presenter speaking on screen all of the time, maybe there could be some slides wilth bullet points that he reads aloud - just for a bit of variety.Pleased to note that there has been some content update from last time in this ever-evolving subject.
One of the sessions highlighted the need for ex staff/students to return their IT equipment, laptop, phone etc; I am not sure if this is highlighted to LM/Staff to ensure all equipment is returned. I have had to send a courier to collect items in the past at the expense of the college & I am sure there are plenty pieces of computer equipment that have not been returned. I would suggest there is an online equipment sign off form for staff & LM to ensure all equipment is returned before the last day of the leaving staff/student; not only ensuring security but also saving the college money by recycling equipment for other staff and students to use
