A training session that enhances knowledge of potential threats. Easy to follow with good explanations.
learned a great deal especially around public networks and passwords.
Quite a lot of the instruction is common sense and I am familiar with various ways of using security but it was still handy to have a refresher as we can become complacent when it comes to security.

The course covers the main things that people need to be aware of around cyber security. It is generally well delivered, but the visuals are quite often distracting without presenting any meaningful information. Some of the additional information links are not very clear what you are supposed to look at (eg NCSC guidance) seems to be all of the NCSC blogs.
This is just an awareness training with no real details on how to sort issues but does let the user know what are the potential issues, how to avoid issues and where to go for assistance.
New thing to learn
