Quick, easy and detailed but informative enough to be an enjoyable listen.
Clear presentation of the threats Cyber poses
Good and clear instructions and training, however we cannot skip slides. I consider myself an expert on Computing but also does not know everything. But the sections I do know about I was forced to watch. Not good differentiation here for different levels of expertise.

It was very simple 31 slides presentation with questions embedded between the slides, easily digestible - good e-learning system
