Very well presented, at a good pace, but with lots of opportunities to check back and review something. The session covered all of the key areas included lots of information/facts that I wasn't already aware of, so really helpful, thank you!

I’ve done previous courses on this before with my previous employer but this wax by far the best . Good advice given on strong passwords

Some terms were assumed to be commonly known which I didn,t and the information given didn't make it known, the additional items we could read mean the training would have taken even longer. By the end I was nearly falling asleep, as it was a bit long-winded. However I can see why it's needed, the trainer explains well and maintains a professional gentle manner throughout. This is a very comprehensive and informative course. It outlined most of which we all knew, but highlighted several items that we didn't a great refresher and super starting point for those who are new to the business.
