In my opinion, for an operational role, the depth of training was far too much. The presentation was very good, but a lot of topics (cyber recovery planning to take an example) should really only be reserved for SMEs.Good practice for DLP, passwords, phishing, retention policies are where i'd focus training.

Good reinforcement questions help to implant the topics as you travel through the slides. Simply delivered in small 'chunks' of information. Easy to start and stop if interrupted during the sessions. Easy to navigate back to points/sections for clarification.
I found the course very informative with regards to safe guarding of information and good practice guides. The small tests through the course at each section keep you focused.
It was good to fully learn what some of the phrases and computer " jargon " mean in the real world Cant believe I got the first question wrong though

My only one issue was with the fact that, early on in the course, nowhere, did it mention that it was not compulsory to read all the attached docs. It would have saved me a lot of time if it had! However, I am a bit more knowledgeable now, than I would have been, had I not read them! So thanks!
