It is clearly explained

It is clearly explained on what can happen and how.

5/5
Content clear, but very slow.

Wish you could speed it up. Very slow and therefore does not cater for those that have understanding of a topic.Content is clear and concise though.

3/5
Very good course informative

A Good part of training made me very aware of what is going on

Does thw job

The ticks all the boxes in terms of key topics to cover, and level of detail. That said, it doesn't manage to lift a dry subject so getting through the course is a bit of a slog. Other courses I've done on the subject have included dramatised scenarios for learners to watch and interact with, more expensive I know, but more engaging.

4/5
Clear and concise

The delivery was well presented, clear and at a reasonable pace for a non IT person! The visual explanatory diagrams were helpful.

5/5
A concise and useful topline summary

This was a useful course for a lay person, such as myself, who had previously only heard of some of the practices employed by cyber criminals. The course provided a very useful, concise overview of what users should be aware of, in order to stay cyber safe.

Good overall

Good overall. lots of concepts discussed in a very simple way. it also makes us compliant. this is exactly what we wanted!! If I have to criticize, I would say the length could be a concern. the course is made in a way that you watch it at once and 45 minutes is a bit more that what I was hoping for. I think a 20 minutes course would be ideal. a monthly 5 to 10 minutes courses assigned to users would be perfect
