No matter how long you work using electronic devices it is good to take refresher courses so that you are aware of any new matters relating to electronic items where breaches can occur.
I enjoy the training. being broken up into short burst made it more comfortable and enjoyable and suited me just fine. The content was fairly basic but helpful none the less and I did pick up a few points that I wasn't previously aware of
I learnt a lot about different digital attacks. I found this interesting.
