Good course, might be good to have a few practical examples of the red flags in the test. For example display an email and ask the participant to identify the red flags.

The course was well educative, brilliant and professionally executed.
I found the course interesting this year, as there was a lot of new information. I was not aware of some of the new methods by which cyberattacks could be carried out e.g. I've never heard of man-in-the-middle. I feel more confident now about using social media and unsecured WiFi with a VPN.
The course provided a clear and succinct delivery of information, with each relevant section carefully defined in handy point form. It was good to have a refresher on this vital subject and made one realise even further, just how vulnerable we all are, even those who are tech savvy. I enjoyed the training process and the challenge of gaining a full score which I am happy to say, I achieved. So thank you!
