An excellent course for training purposes. Clearly presented, extremely informative and easy to understand, even by novices like me!
I have done a few other cyber security courses and this one is by far the best. It is informative and eye opening whilst being straight to the point. It caters to all skill levels and explains everything in good detail

I found the training clear and easy to follow in a non patronising format. Appropriate questions throughout the training and a short test at the end helped to remember the main points of the training
Useful to understand ore about the topic
All in all a poor way to attempt to 'train' people. Send out relentless fake emails to trip people up, then force them to watch the same video they already have (and obviously didn't learn anything from), all the while threatening their job if they don't finish the training in time. Also, the video froze/crashed multiple times for me whilst attempting to 'learn'
