thorough & engaging

This is a topic that it's easy to find dry or boring but the presenter was engaging and gave just enough information to be useful without going into so much detail that you switch off with brain overload.

Reasonable advice in most sections.

Handling phishing emails can be improved, generally you need to download them and send them to the IT team. IT is also good practice to alert your colleagues in case you have received something that is part of an ongoing campaign and they are less awake / caffeinated than you are. I agree that hitting forward is a bad idea.Passwords should conform to the "3 random words" guidelines issued by the NCSC https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/collection/top-tips-for-staying-secure-online/three-random-words which is consistent with NIST as well.
