I would prefer text as an alternative to the presenter talking, as personally I find reading at my own pace better suits my learning needs.
In everyday life sometimes we get complacent and certainly need to be reminded of the need to be vigilant re: cyber crime and its implications if we do not protect ourselves and our organisation - a very worthwhile exercise!
