This course has rather a lot of videos to watch and, even with a break built in, it is hard to maintain concentration levels throughout - especially in an office environment.
It covered lots of areas and made me more aware of risks and how to manage them . Also was not to technical and was easy to follow . Definitely improved my knowledge in cyber security .

A fairly straightforward course to navigate and understand. The video presentations were clear and being able to pause them from time to time certainly helped.

Had some useful tips around passwords and up to date information re: nature and types of cyber attacks. Good use of time.
A good reminder of the dangers and great hints on how to create memorable passwords and to have two factor security - something I had sometimes not bothered with personally which I will change in future.
I liked the way the training was delivered. It was at the right pace, easy to understand and structured well.
