It raised awareness in me!
I thought it was good but the content was heavy. There could have been a few moments of lightness to break it up.
Good course, but could do with a single source of additional content created specifically for purpose, e.g. a handbook to download / print for future reference.

A reasonable video on good practice, although as someone familiar with computer systems and cybersecurity I can see how the training might not be enough for people with limited IT knowledge and safety instincts. Warning against opening EXEs is prudent, but a lot of people might need further examples that would help them identify risks.

This course has rather a lot of videos to watch and, even with a break built in, it is hard to maintain concentration levels throughout - especially in an office environment.
