Good session. Easy to follow and informative.
This took longer than estimated (est 39 minutes); total inc test - stopwatch paused for break - was 47 minutes and that was with me hurrying because of only getting paid for estimated time. After stopping stopwatch, I tried to retake test but - even though I followed the instructions - the test remained locked. More wasted time. This training assumes that everyone can listen and digest information at the same rate - a ridiculous concept as every educational establishment will know.
