Course length pitched for completion in reasonable time (1.1/2-2 hrs) Presenter, very clear and easy to listen to. Graphs/diagrams NOT overused (as in some materials). Liked synopsis of points at end of sections. One point - on viewing additional materials as suggested, wasn't obvious how to resume to continue main course - however when I did get back it had saved where I had got to!!
Learnt new things I was unsure about certain items were before but know now Phishing, Malware etc Well presented and informative .
The course was delivered in a concise and accurate manner. However, some sections felt a little bit overloaded with information and was quite difficult to absorb in one session.

A good training course with a clear and informative approach on the subject matter.
The content was mostly good (except for the bit about manually generating secure passwords - where you should just use a password manager). But my main criticism was just that it took a long time to get through quite a short amount of content
