Covered all the basics clearly and explained terminology along the way. Lots of additional resources for further reading. Easy to understand and not at all technical - accessible to any regular user of IT

Personally I find the video element a distraction and just read the transcript. This is probably particular to me in the way I absorb information but I'm sure there are others that would also prefer a purely text based option.
