didnt pay attention to none of the training guessed all the answers and still passed total waste of time
Users don't need to know the difference between a virus and a worm. Padding the course with these kind of jargon-filled concepts will only confuse and overwhelm the kind of non-technical people this course is aimed at. To be effective the course should be half the length, use simple language, and reassure users that sticking to a few simple principles is the best way to stay safe.
