Some of the definitions are wrong, for example, spear-phishing, the correct answer is incorrect in the quiz. Further reading on this from the likes of Kaspersky would be beneficial. Training failed to address several other means by which individuals attempt to steal money or information. Email spam is rather 'last year'. In vogue at the moment are the social media 'bots' and sms from 'jbixz.royal-mail.com claiming that a parcel is ready for collection but they need your money first.... Banking fraud is the largest percentage of computer or E-Crime in the UK, nothing in the course about that.
useful reminder of how cyber crime committed and provides updates in how this continues to evolve and things to look out for to prevent it from happening. finally it's good to remember we are both strongest and weakest link when it comes to fighting cyber attacks. vigilance and awareness protects everybody, complacency and ignorance weakens everybody
