The content of the course is good and clear. However the insistence on having to listen to someone, rather than read the text is beyond annoying. Different people learn different ways and assuming that watching and listening is the best method is unhelpful. Some people learn best by reading. The option to choose would help a great deal and also make it easier to review the sections if needed. Some information is basic, other information more complex. Allowing the learner the choice would give them the option to spend time on the areas they are less clear about rather than the choice being the trainer. The current approach encourages people not to listen and do other things at the same time.
