For a none technical person it was easy to follow, and quite a bit of it was common sense, but common sense is easy to forget, so it was a good reminder.

When you suspect or come across signs eg suspicious links, suspicious words like " reply urgently" think again and confirm with the sender via other means eg calling
It recapped on information and updated me with the latest training regarding cyber security.
I learnt lots from this course.
