Very good, easy to navigate, all the information is clear and concise. Would highly recommend using this training course.
Most of the info is common knowledge now, but there's also explanation for terms and common acronyms that are often overlooked. Great presentation and easy to follow for any level of expertise.
Why make everyone watch the entire video when they know all the answers? I get the point of training, but for those that are already "trained" in this regards, it is a waste of time. Allow the test to be taken, then provide training materials, or mandatory videos when common sense, or lack of information or education results in a wrong answer......
Found the course very good and some good information to take forward into the workplace and also for my own personal information.
