Found the training videos engaging but the content is both significant and timely.
A useful overview of scenarios that are not given much thought when working outside of a home office or working remotely
The presentation is greatly needed and well presented. Easy to follow and has the facility to stop and continue the course when we are less busy.

I completed the course months ago and then received a reminder that l said I had done 80 percent. I do not think I left it incomplete as that would require more effort. It did not say which part I was supposed to have not completed and instead made me do the whole thing again. Grossly inconvenient.
Lots of useful information, I also liked the added links.
